A successful attempt at developing a hip and trendy apartment complex in a tired lot in Greencroft. Sibiti espouses our approach of subverting the normative narrative – a rethink of how suburbia should be, and can be. The development creates an uplifting environment and presents hope for the Greencroft area.

Sibiti was conceived with the idea of mixing up the advantages of living in a modern apartment but at the same time keeping the possibilities that a house can offer.
