19 Montgomery epitomizes our sustainable approach. Using a wide range of local materials such as face brick, natural domboshawa stone, pressed steel windows and timber – we were able to create a fashionable, trendy and practical solution to a narrow half acre site. Solar energy, rainwater harvesting, large thermal mass and long lifecycle materials all work together to complement our efforts in achieving not only an environmentally sustainable solution, but a financial viable development that rewards its occupants as well as its owners.
